Quidnet Capital and Angelo Gordon complete purchase of Welsh industrial portfolio

Quidnet Capital and Angelo Gordon have entered into a joint venture to purchase a portfolio of light industrial properties concentrated around Cardiff and Newport in South Wales.

The portfolio was purchased in an off market transaction from a local investor. Local supply and demand dynamics are favourable, with vacancy rates below 5%, giving good prospects for driving forward income.
