On behalf of a consortium of private investors, Quidnet has established a REIT that has now been listed on The International Stock Exchange in the Channel Islands.

 

To date, Quidnet REIT comprises of a portfolio of four assets:

1) Gatwick House, an office building in Crawley

2) Balderton Depot, a light industrial asset near Newark

3) Edgemead Close, a storage centre near Northampton

4) Winster Buildings, a manufacturing site in Derbyshire

Quidnet plans to grow this portfolio and investor base, offering shareholders high income returns.
